Function to init the Sift service session independently.

Parameters

KushkiInstance: IKushki

userId: String

Returns

Promise - instance of SiftScienceObject.

Errors

If the merchant credential is empty or the request fails then throw error code E003.

If the init process fails then throw error code E023.
