Single-step payment: authorization + capture in one operation.
Standard flow for most retail and restaurant merchants.

The terminal activates the card reader and blocks until the customer
completes the card interaction and the acquirer responds.

Save rawResponse.transaction_reference — required for void or refund.

v1.2.0: tip and cashback_amount have been removed from this endpoint.
Both features are now handled by the terminal automatically when enabled in DMS.
